About Us

Helen Noonan

Helen is the owner of The Merrow Group. She never planned on being a business owner but through difficult life events, she found the inspiration to pursue small business ownership. She has been a caregiver and legal guardian for her elderly parent, and personal representative for an estate.  Through these life events, Helen decided to start her own business. Bruce Lee’s famous quote, “Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water…” embodies the premise of her website and journey. She  hopes to help others as these roles can be overwhelming. The other part of this blog is to capture Helen’s journey as she starts a real-estate investment business. 

Helen is a 21-year active-duty Army Veteran, retired in 2017. She was born in NYC and moved with her family to Florida in 1993 and where she resided today. In her free time, Helen enjoys volunteering in her community, traveling and exploring new places, playing with her dogs Brooks and Lula Belle, and spending time with her friends and family.
